This year, Really has launched Acoustic Textile Felt FR, an acoustic material made out of upcycled Trevira CS FR and introduced Solid Textile Board Melamine, a finish directly applicable without the need for additional surface treatments.
Designed for furniture and interior design, Really aspires to challenge the architecture and design sector to rethink their use of resources.
Solid Textile Board Melamine by Really
Really introduces Solid Textile Board Melamine to the market, a new version of the Solid Textile Board with a pre-coated melamine surface. The melamine surface finish reduces the amount of time the board has to be processed after production, ideal for industrial and architectural projects where time is key.
Acoustic Textile Felt FR by Really
Acoustic Textile Felt FR is an innovative acoustic material ideal for ceilings and wall installations as well as absorbers for acoustic systems. Designed with circularity and durability in mind, Acoustic Textile Felt FR is made from 70% post-production waste from Trevira CS polyester and a newly developed binder. The material is non-toxic and flame retardant, consisting of purely natural components, and the composition allows for complete recycling.

About Really
Really was founded in 2013 by Wickie Meier Engström, Klaus Samsøe and Ole Smedegaard. Responding to the urgent global issue of waste, Really upcycles end-of-life textiles to create materials that challenge the design and architecture industries to rethink their use of resources and to design with a circular economy in mind. Solid Textile Board by Really is a high-quality engineered board made from end-of-life cotton and wool sourced from fashion and textiles industries and households. The manufacturing does not involve the use of dyes, water or toxic chemicals and generates only recyclable waste. Really is partly owned by Kvadrat, the global leading manufacturer of design textile.
