During 3daysofdesign, Kvadrat and Vitra will host a pop-up café at Pakhus 48 in Nordhavn. Run by renowned chef Mikkel Karstad – celebrated for his work in Michelin-starred kitchens and his celebrated cookbook Evergreen – the café will bring his signature cuisine to the Kvadrat showroom.

Experience a fusion of design and seasonal cooking at the Kvadrat x Vitra Café, nestled within the Kvadrat showroom in Nordhavn’s urban industrial neighbourhood.
For 3daysofdesign, chef Mikkel Karstad brings his distinctive cuisine to the café. Mikkel crafts dishes that highlight the best of seasonal and local ingredients. His simple yet refined preparations celebrate fresh vegetables and allow natural flavours to shine.
Enjoy breakfast, lunch, or an aperitivo in the beautifully designed café, where Kvadrat’s textiles meet Vitra’s furniture. Every detail has been carefully curated to create a complete sensory experience that reflects a shared passion for design, quality, and creativity.
